POLICIESRental period . Delivery and Pickup Minimum rental charge period is 24 hours starting at the time the vehicle is collected. If the rental day is exceeded with more than one hour, an additional day will be charged. Delivery and pickup EUR 15.00 incl. tax per transaction. Other locations on request only. A charge of EUR 29 to 75 (incl tax) applies.Additional driver Additional driver is charged at 10 EUR per rental.Penalties In case of loosing car documents, keys or damaging the tires, A Carrental Europe will charge a penalty of 115 EUR. Renter must also pay all penalties which are caused by illegal parking or other traffic violations during rental period. Smoking and transportation pets is not allowed. Penalti 100 EUR.Important. Vehicle Loss and Damage. In case of an accident or damage to the vehicle, injury to a person or in case of suspection of theft of the vehicle or its parts, the renter shoult immediately contact the police and A Carrental Europe. In case of theft of the vehicle, the renter must present A Carrental Europe with keys and the registration certificate. Customer own risk is in car classes A,B: 500EUR; all other car groups: 850EUR.Drivers Only the renter or drivers approved by A Carrental Europe are permitted to drive the vehicle. The driver must have a valid driving license and at least two-year of driving experience. All drivers must be a minimum 21 years. The rental car can be driven by the driver(s) designated in the rental agreement. The renter is liable for all parking tickets, fines and collection costs caused during the rental.Fuel policy A full tank of fuel is provided and a refueling charge will be made unless the car is return with a full tank.
